Jessica Gorden, professionally known as Gorden with an E, is an American, Singer-Songwriter from Jackson, NJ.

Gorden with an E’s distinctly haunting vocal presence and thought-provoking lyrics, have quickly possessed the ears and hearts of music critics all over the world. Her debut album, Take Care, immediately turned heads with its December 2019 release. Barely a week later, she was approached by New York Composer and Producer, Vincent McDowell about collaborating on re-imaginations of not one…but two songs from her album. Shadows (Resurrected) and Bring on the Waves (Reimagined) have respectively become the couple’s most successful releases to date.

Drawing most of her stories from a painful past, Gorden with an E has found solace in song ever since she “could hold a pencil”. Her tragically beautiful brand of storytelling mesmerizes crowds as she fully bares her emotional scars with nothing more than her Alvarez acoustic guitar to cling to. Though she does not identify with any specific genre, she seemingly combines the authenticity of Folk with a Grunge twist…and splashes of Indie Pop and Alternative throughout.
